I was in a place with loud music and a lot of serious looking men, and some extremely arrogant chicks, allmost angry looking! They were not having fun at all. They were just standing there, talking a bit and dancing perhaps. It took 15 minutes to get from the back to the front because it was crowded. (not the best place to sarge, i know).

Every set was very hard to open, because they were all in a circle, every girl was looking extremely arrogant. The men in this place were arrogant too. I saw some guys trying to talk to women, but they did not bait. I tried to open myself, and they just did not respond. It was total crap. They were not even hot, like 7 or something.
The energy was low, the music was crap, and I felt like i was failing allready.

So I went home, thinking what I should have done in such a situation.

On the way to gey my jacket, there was a HB7 grabbing my attention agressively. I danced with her for half a minute, and then left, because she freaked me out, and i was feeling bad for not knowing how to open the sets. I should have test my skills on her, but i felt so bad, that i didn't want to put the effort in it. In this place i felt like anything spontanious would have been shot at sight.

My question is: what should i have done? Know some good openers for these situations?

Should i have opened the really ugly chicks first?

You could have tried opening lower valued girls and then pawned your way up. Remember that everyone at the venue can become a tool for you to get what you want. Also try opening the Amogs.

At this point Amog is just happy someone is talking to him and easily entertained by story about sexy women. Next entertain him with absolutely funny or disgusting joke. If you entertain the Amogs, you will look like a leader of men. This will work for social proof of being a cool guy. Do this with mixed sets then talk to the girls after you’ve received Amogs approval. Even if it’s his girl friend you can make her laugh and she will work for better social proof.

Amog’s are easy to open and work well for social proof. Unlike girls you can compliment open an Amog. Or just say you look like a guy that would appreciate a dirty joke.

Net effect: Club becomes less boring, Social proof starts going up, you get to know more people, and you are seen as the leader of the place. You can start to introduce one group to another and this will really solidify your position as Alpha.

Try this out and you won’t go home without a number.

I want to say: Don't bother with extremely arrogant girls. It's usually low self esteem and much more trouble than it's worth.

With these kind of women, you need to have proven value, simply because they are status-diggers and feed off that. So you need an 'in'. Making friends with some cool people in the club can work, like the DJ, bartender, promotion people etc. It's not really that hard to do some pleasant small talk with these people as long as you are genuinely friendly. Then they will probably say Hi or stop for a chat if you meet them later. Watch the girls pay attention after that. Social proof is killer in clubs. Much more important than what to say.

But again, I don't really bother with girls with a shitty attitude. Of course, maybe you are the one with the bad attitude. Some girls may look arrogant but be really friendly to talk to if you just open them.

And you are right about that they sometimes are nice behind the shield, but i don't like these instable girls anyway. Especially the ugliest of these sort of groups! Those are the worst, because they are so desperate, but never got any succes in love that they become man-haters. Or feminists. And than when i am just having fun with their friends, they try to diss me. Its nothing but an oversided shield, and i hate shields!:lol:

I only started really using pua techniques the last 6 months, but i hand out at these kind of places all the time. I also find it hard to open sets, stuck up, loud music, everyones in there clique.

Though over the last 1/2 months i've been going into the club with, or meeting girlfriends in there. Im pretty lucky im blessed with HB7-9's as friends. And i go in there creating a good vibe with them and hopefully creating attraction with other birds that see me with my girlfriends.

With this over the last month i've been getting a few smiles and eye contact. I approach sets with much more confidence because of this.

I guess my advice is bring your girlfriends out with you.
