From what I know, target in motion is hard to pickup.

I am interested to learn how to pickup college girls. I am a college guy myself and I saw some pretty cute girls walking and would love to approach them but do not know which opener to use.

Since they are in motion, any suggestion?

Once they made a brilliant topic about this.I'll try to explain what was written in it.

You'll have to approach sideways and then slowly jump in front of them.NEVER approach by padding them on the back from behind , this will fuck it up.
There's also a theory that says that the faster the set is moving the bigger your smile has to be.If they are just normally walking a regular smile should do , if they're in a hurry you'll have to put your OMG-THAT-WAS-FUCKING-HILARIOUS face on.Also you should make a "stop" motion with your hands like if a cop wanted to pull you over , put your hands out and just let them be there for a minute.Open with an opinion opener , compliment ( not physical beauty but comment on something she's wearing ) or just a cool fact , like "I just had the weardest teacher ever ! I hope you guys are cool tho " or something along those lines.Normally you shouldn't walk with them , you are the alpha male , you lead.If you want to move they will have to move , if you just want to stand around they'll have to stand around too.Avoid to let them guide you.
