Hi, is there any book that contain rules of seduction ? i mean for example the "3 sec. rule", "peacock rule", "group rule", etc...

Yes, it is called the Venusian Arts Handbook. The book was written by a lot of the top PUAs - Mystery, Style, Sinn, Savoy, etc. Most of the time you can find the book as a .pdf somewhere online. This book contains the different types of rules and or guidelines that you are referring too and is a good reference to use to start out.
