I recently field tested a new recovery I've been considering for a while now. The results have been very good so far.

Me and this HB9 were getting along great a while back, closed, were heading towards a relationship when things broke down, I fucked up and she threw out the LJBF line. The game was completely and utterly dead.


My response to this was to completely freeze her out. I told her that wasn't happening and cut off all contact completely, no phones, no messenger, no social networking. I removed it all.

2 weeks into my freezeout I saw her in a bar while out with friends.



Approached and opened with:

ME: Don't I know you?
HB9: Yes of course.
ME: What's your name again?
HB9: Umm... It's _____
ME: Nope doesn't ring any bells.
HB9: Don't be silly.
ME: Ohhh I remember now, I'm sorry it's just been so long.. Hello again, it's very nice to meet you _____



2 handed hand shake and walk away. Leaving her confused.

Follow up shortly with standard game from M3-A1. Completely restart all game as if only just meeting her.

The secret behind this is to entirely commit to the idea of having only just met or hardly knowing each other the more you commit and really sell the idea the better it works and easier it is to restart your game from scratch. I plan to test it on another LJBF I froze out 3 weeks ago this weekend just in case this instance of it working was a blip.

Proof of success?

The chances of you running into someone like this are slim to none. Good if you're in that situation. Impossible otherwise!

I disagree.
We all get rejections and LJBFd in my opinion. Could also be applied to those failed oneitis situations.

These are situations that can be turned around and I'm working towards methods that can be implemented repeatedly.

So you're telling me that by initiating conversation through phone or text, or even email, you can pretend you don't know her and start at square one? Again, impossible. This only works if you physically see her, and if you aren't stalking her, or unless you are in her social circle, chances are you won't. Otherwise, I see its usefulness.

Ah I see your point now.

Personally when I game a girl I make myself a part of her social circles, I get invites from girls friends to come out all the time, I like playing this way as it means I don't have to ask to see her and thus DLV/Qualify myself to a girl.

So I find myself in a situation where I can use this quite regularly. Game a girl and make yourself the life of the party to her friends too, that way you get invited out by them instead of her.
