i see a lot of people say neg the target and pay attention to everyone else.... well i have learned that that is not the case.

first, you have to reward/punish whoever deserves it.

second, you should pay most attention to whoever is the leader of the group or the person who is talking the most or else you will look incongruent

i want some input on your thoughts. no matter what they are. go against what i said if that's how you feel.

Usually I wouldnt pay to much mind on who the strongest individual is in a set.
I just try go in there an take over... and if Im about to loose someone
I'll make sure that persons stays hooked by asking him/her a specifik question related to the subject.

About negging:
I dont really know what to think about negs anymore. Seriously.
There are so many beautifull women who feel so shitty about themselves, that even a really small teasing neg can make them cry or ruin their night.
This of course isnt the normal case, but it happens to me, even though Ive learnt to be gentle.
I think most guys here thinks a bit to highly of negging.
DHV and qualification are many times much more usefull.

Talking to an HB9 19years old.
Me: Im born in december aswell. Wasnt it hard for you when all your friends started going out and you couldnt come along?
Her: Well, my boyfriend stayed home to keep me company. Just cause he respects me.
Me: What? If you have any respect for him, you should have told him to go out.
Her: Well, he wasnt like that.
Me: So how long time has pasted since he brooke up with you? (smiling)
Her: Fuck you.

Then her friends told me afterwards they were still together but she wasnt into him anymore, and thought somehowe I was aware of this and bla bla bla.
