This works for when a girl is sitting by her self. It also works on girls at work. just go up to them and say "You look bored" most of the time she'll say yes. Then take it from there.

I'd just like to add that I'll use the 'Hey, what's made you so happy today' if she's wearing a smile.

If you go with the 'Why so bored' are you going in with a slightly higher energy level than her, because the opener isn't exactly getting her juices going if you take my meaning.

I like this opener better because if you tell a girl that she looks bored she might take offence to it !

i don't think the point of the opener is to initiate positive energy instantly, i think if it starts the convo, and then you can take it where you want, it should work fine.
