Basically going ice skating... so any 1 have any idear's how im gonna open some skating girls

well if you're a good skater then you can easily go C+F
just do a really blatant show-off trick in front of a group of girls and then go up to them and say 'Did you just see that?' beaming with self-satisfaction
This isn't funny on paper, but if you do it with a cheeky smile and come across as being really into yourself it will be.
Plus push-pull is really easy 'cause you can skate away before they can think of a witty response
And if you keep doing this they will start talking about you/ doing things back to grab your attention for a conversation.

If you play hockey, wear your hockey skates and hockey gloves whenever the rink has free-skate. Lots of chicks will come in who suck just to have fun. Just skate around and make sure they see that you can skate then go up and offer to help them (definitely make it cocky/funny)

The chicks that figure skate love hockey players, so opening to them is fairly easy too.

Only thing is you have to watch out cuse alot of guys bring their girlfriends ice skating, so there is alot of that around. But when your good at it and he sucks it makes you look better to the chick.

Also a good way to flirt is to fake body check her. Its funny and I guess you can consider it kino
