...You guys know what I'm talking about. You pull up at a light and there's a beautiful girl (I guess you guys call them HB 10s...btw what does that stand for?) sitting in the car right next to you and you just have to say something before it turns green. Most of the time I'll punk out and say nothing at all, or if I do I'll ask for her name or her number outright and she'll just smile and look away (or worst case scenario pull her window up). Whatever I try never works...any advice or suggestions guys!?

Generally i never get the good luck to catch the good ones on traffic lights, but i guess if i see some i would make her a sign to pull down the window next i would go with:

Her reflex will be most probably to cut u out or smile and look away like u said, so before she does dont wait for answer and go with:

"No im sorry, i realy wanted to ask u how can i get to "famous hospital that she must know", i come from "othercity" for a surgery and im very close to beeing late."

By that time most probably traffic light will be on so just say before that happen s"please pull over for 1 minute to explain me i will be in big trouble" u say that with smile ofcourse.
What u do after she pulls over, if u tell her the truth or no that u r a doctor its up to u.

(you must have business card)
make sign to roll down the window, go with:

"sorry, i hate to do that but since i became widower i went to fortune teller and she told me that a i will meet a girl on a stoplight, that we will fill-in a lottery ticket together and we will win? if you could text me your combination i promise to call u only if i win" - You hand out the business card with ur details.

Thanks for the advice man, but I'm just not good at all those fancy openers. Have you ever tried a "hi, what's your name?" And if so has it worked?

Anymore advice guys? Come on I know you've all been in this situation.

In this situation, you have an extreme time constraint.

Here's how it plays out:

AFC: "Hey what's your name?" (isn't guaranteed to be heard because of music, traffic, or window)

HB: (looks over like, are you serious, is this a joke?) "umm, kate"

AFC: pause, pause, pause "hey do you wanna...."

Cutoff because the light just turned and she burned your ass

You gotta be quick, you gotta get her attention, and even then you're probably being assessed on looks alone.

The reason there isn't any material for this scenario is because it is very rare.

If you had your heart set on opening this girl, follow her to wherever she is going. If she ends up at a public place like a mall or grocery store, then you have a shot, and something to talk about after openning (weren't you the girl driving that car?)

Because 'Hi whats your name?' doesnt work.....Its what every other guy who's tried to hit on her says and 999 out of 1000 fail....

You gotta be different from every other 'Hi, whats you name?' guy....I know it doesnt make sense and its because women dont really think logically....they think emotionally....Women, especially attractive women get hit on in some wya or fashion several times a day....If they responded to a 'Hi, whats your name?' type of opener....they'd be stuck talking to quite a few creeps...

Thats why some of those 'fancy' openers work....they either A. give you a justified reason to talk to her other than to hit on her...And B. some of them engage her emotionally and get them interested and intrigued....You dont sound off that creep alram in their heads and your able to grab their attention for a few minutes...

As far as the stop light thing....Dude, even for very experienced PUA's thats a real tough one....Very limited time contraints and more importantly for a girl to pull over in the middle of god knows where is inconvient and more importantly dangerous....So get your mind off of this low chance pick up and learn the basics of day and night game....start there...

Oh and btw....HB = Hot Babe and the number at the back is a scale of her attractiveness of 1 - 10

You make some good points but because of the time constraint I usually have to stick with the "Hi, what's your name" approach at the stoplight. Sometimes if I'm feeling bold I'll just go straight out and ask for her number. I try it sometimes (and I'm a good looking guy so it works on occasion) because it's worth the try, chances are I wont see her again so you just gotta take the chance. They like the confidence!

I mainly posted this topic because I was wondering if there was anything more effective I could say to increase my chances, preferably no more than two sentences long.

I know you guys keep saying its rare but beleive me, I find myself in this situation several times a week. To that point I just figured it necessary to get some advice for that situation. Thanks again for the advice man!

my advice would be don't bother, you would have roughly 20 seconds to say something so interesting she goes out of her way to talk to a guy she just met (possibly a psycho).

Yeah, and seriously, whats the need to try pickup at the stoplight? Just pay attention to the road and when the light turns green.

Yeah I've often thought about stoplight pickups, but could never really come up with a good way to execute it. There are too many factors working against you to be effective.

Even if you don't plan on talking to her, just give her a big smile. 9 out of 10 times she'll smile back. Its a confidence booster.

Then i would say: "your better looking than the average girl, are you friendly?"

Wow when I first saw the thread I thought it would be some kind of technique.
It takes a true Alpha male to pick-up at a stoplight, other than that it is nearly impossible or very hard to do. You have to always have somewhere better to go. If YOU detect her lOl and want to attempt to continue to converse or w/e, it is your choice whether YOU want to get her number or not which would be a BIG challenge as you only have like 30-1min to do it, if you could pull it off.

Like someone said you should just be paying attention to the lights and etc. Avoid looking at her at all costs. Make sure you have seen her look at you first for an unaverage ammount of time to even think about communicating somehow, bodylanguage would definitely be key though. Just giving some options, hope it helped.

My good friend did a driving game on hb10 ... He got her to pull over and got her number.
From what he told me he said at the stoplight he convinced her to follow him and he picked her up.... LOL I can give you her name to I know her now also...
She does modeling in tampa and is quite big.
