Use on a fairly full dancefloor nearer the last hour or so of the club. Its probably only going to work somewhere where the dancefloor is surrounded by a wall or railing on at least one side (which most are).
Head the the dancefloor with a friend or two; first throw some shapes or whatever for a couple of minutes, take note of the lack of attention you're getting from the ladies.
After the requisite time blending in, head to the railing/wall at the edge of the dancefloor. With your buddies, lean back against the railing and simply have a chat among yourselves. Within a minutes I guarantee you a bunch of chicks shaking their thing will have sprung up like mushrooms around where you are standing. There's something about showing this kind of disinterest, when every other guy on the floor is trying to get their attention, that draws them to you. Its almost a metaphor for the entire game.
The next step is simply to tell one of the chicks near you (while still leaning back if possible and smiling of course) that she is "a terrible dancer". From here, take her hand, show her some moves like spinning her around and shit; proceed to drop the head and close the deal as soon as you can.
If it hits half one and you've had a few too many drinks to generate attraction by spewing openers and negs this is an easy way to score.
