She says "Stay out of my way" in an agressive way when I was not in her way. Later on I was walking by and she told me I thought I told you to stay out of my way. I was thrown off by her remark. I know she was flirting because the way she said it. What should I say to her next time I see her? _________________ "If you're not living life on the edge, then you're taking up too much space."

This is a defense mechanism that has been ingrained in her from high school or middle school that was put into place because she was not the popular girl or probably seen as an attractive girl. The thing to note about ball busters is that they are still that scared little girl on the inside, you just have to prove you can hang.
If she's just a joker, then I love Maf's idea. Joke back. Turn her little games back around on her. Don't do it too hard, and if she tries to get you back after you've joked with her don't play back again, just laugh. I've found just laughing at a girl for something they just did always makes them go "What?" The response I always give is "You're funny." Then of course they want to know why, you just laughed and didn't say anything so it feels like a neg to them. Then you can either pretend to keep a secret or call her bluff. I had a girl who liked to bust balls once laugh overly loud anytime I said something that sounded stupid. It's her defense mechanism. So once I just let her do it, and I chuckled and looked away. She was like "What?" and I said "Oh nothing. It's just cute to see you protect yourself by trying to make other people feel dumb." Smile big. It worked for me. You'll find that after some time you'll get clued in to her insecurities (which is an example of rapport) and you'll see that scared little girl come out for you. F-closed that one after some hanging out.
