I developed this routine when at a club last weekend. It was pretty lame with not much potenetial, however i did recognize a HB which i had met before.
Opening was easy as we had already met, she also thought the club was lame so on the spur of the moment i asked if she wanted to be my GF for the night as a laugh to see if it made the night more interesting.
Now i know you are all thinking that it is way too forward and it will never work, but she agreed to it, also thinking it would be a laugh.
Basically, being my "girl friend for the night" it gave opputunity to build comfort and then attraction as we got to know each other better, being my GF also meant that i could kino esculate easily without her feeling uncomfortable. This allowed me to easily look for IOIs (when holding hands, i squeezed hers, she squeezed back) it worked well and if a routines were thrown in there for good measure im sure something would have developed, unfortunatly a friend i came with decided to become ill so i had to leave early, but i shall deffinelty try this routine again in the not too distant future, tell me what you think!!!

Hahaha nicely done! I use something similiar to that except as a plot line routine, not an opener. I don't remember where I got it from, so credits to the original creator.

PUA: haha you're so cool, I'm going to make you my new girlfriend, in fact, next weekend we're going to get married! (saying we're going to get married takes it over the top and helps to show more sarcasm)
Her: hahaha what! we just met!
PUA: Oh! that's it! weddings off, we're breaking up!! (it also helps to lean back a bit right here)(I guess that might be a DHV too)
Her: Hahaha noo
PUA: Okay... Well, we can get back together again... as long as you behave!

You can also keep playing with this plot line (which is always advisable) such as if she disagrees with you, you could say "How cute! Our first fight! You better make it up to me *go in for kiss*" or "Aww our first dance together! this is my new favorite song!"

I've had some great success with that line, I've had girls literally cling to my arm for the rest of the night with that. Mind you, it took a bit of solid build up and the set was already going very well. I Defienetly agree with you that once she's your 'girlfriend' it makes it a 100x easier to kino escalate or make out with her.

Just one more note is that I believe it is very important to keep a joking tone with this routine. Making her believe your not serious at all is key!
