i said this for the other person on here asking about high school game:

Just say this to a girl in your class:
"Hey, I been asking around and I can't find the answer to this question.......why are we learning this? Can you tell me?"

You can make a longer or shorter variation of this, but the point is that it's something that's universally common among high school students, and I'm SURE you can use this line for most classes you are taking in high school. Because whether it's proofs in geometry or spelling obscure words in English, you're gonna be learning something in a class where people are gonna be like......why?

But back to the opener- ask it with a joking sort of attitude, but you can have a convo about it, joke around, neg her, throw in another routing, whatever.

The thing about openers is that it should be something interesting and relatable to your audience, and since this is a girl in high school, she should be able to relate to this.

You're a kid in high school too, what do you think about? Most likely, you know better than anyone here what would make good openers.

I'm about two years removed from high school, and I still face that situation sometimes in college! It's just something I think everyone in school thinks about often- why are we doing this?

I've seen this topic produce very interesting conversations, and you can always just multi-thread and talk about something else, then go back to it, since there are a lot of things that you can comment on about it.

I dunno if im just being arrogant but i hate the whole "why are we learning this?" thing. Mainly because its so like, its so predictable, people say that all the time and i get tired of hearing it from random people who are trying to be funny.

Just research some natural game or day game material, its essentially run-able in high school. You don't need a secret line to open, just start talking, I mean in the hallways, just imagine it being a club, if you're walking by some cute girl all you gotta do is say "hey, i know this may be random but I'm not one to let opportunities slip by, I had to tell you that that shirt looks really good on you", then smile. If you have any charisma you should be able to continue a conversation.

If you have no charisma, start reading or watching stand-up comedy. A woman really does love a man that can make her laugh, but knows when to stop, but i digress.

As long as you're confident, it doesn't matter what you say, just have a warm smile, and warm hands.

well, I think the important thing about any opener like that is......it's an opener. You have to be able to have good conversation with the girl after you use it. It's just an indirect way to start a conversation. The point should be to get a conversation going, where you can then get into other material or topics of conversation, like getting to know the girl in question.

How you say it is also pretty important. Body language should be relaxed and completely alpha. If you are in the class with the girl, I would say sit near her if possible. The seat next to her is best.
You could say it passingly while copying notes or while the teacher/professor is not talking and there is some downtime in the class (which should happen at some point haha) Just don't act like you want to ask HER, but that you are just asking out loud- like a rhetorical question.

But like I said, if you're a kid in high school, you probably know what openers to use better than anyone else. You're in the situation of high school, and there's tons of things that a high school teenager is thinking about, so just think about it. You'll probably figure out good openers by yourself.
