Even if you're not a smoker, chances are you have a wing that is. Here's an easy open for smokers.

When you're outside the club/bar never use your lighter. Instead, ask a set for a lighter and you have an instant, simple opener, that just about anyone can carry out.

Just approach the set and say
You: Hi, can I get a light, please.
HB: Sure here you are
You: Thanks. You know, you shouldn't smoke, it's bad for your health.
Booyah, instant opener.

Ah! Well my friend always has a pack of cigs (he doesnt smoke) ill be sure to tell him to use it Thanks.

im a smoker and i know smoking turns off alot of women, but its pretty simple to get an opener on a non smoker if you're a smoker yourself, used it the other day and this is how the convo went. keep in mind i had a lighter the entire time.

You: "hey, do you happen to have a lighter on you"
Hb: "no, i dont smoke, i think its gross"
You: "oh, thats a good habit, you should keep it up, that stuff can kill you"
*light cigarette*

then i went on to a different conversation with her. didnt even seem to care that i smoked after that. k-closed at the end of the night, i'd have to say it was a good way to get around the girls who thing smoking is nasty.

I love the smoking opener so simple yet so good. I had a field test of this lastnight and am sorry to say i crashed and burned. pulled off the opener without a hitch. made a bit of talk about the dj. then i just didnt have anythin to say. embarassing? slightly. this target was a 7 and im losing it after that:( ny ideas?
