This can be an opener or a closer what ever you want. There is this girl in college that i always pass in the hall, ive done this trick multiple times, ive always got a response whither its from her or her boyfriend lol.

Write a note saying - Your cute i think i have a crush on you,
then put your contact info on it

When she walks by, make eye contact, then either hand it to her directly or say something like

Oh you dropped this the other day

something like that- it also works for a good close too
its pretty universal go from there
