I'm so curious of what other people do. I do a quick opinion opener then i just go from there. I never do the cube thing or all that DHV stuff they mention. I want to know what other people do, so that I can mix and match and better my routines or whatever at the club. Sometimes i feel like im a one dimensional type of person. Oh btw. Don't get shy now. Spit details.
