Got a new opener I've been trialling with great results.

Works best with 3-7 sets.

You just walk up and and say to the group "Hey guys, last time I checked it isn't illegal to smile in this country". Obviously you need at least one member of the set to not be smiling.

It instantly gets them trying to prove how fun they are and you look awsome.

So simple but so good.

Yeah i see that.

I was thinking you just walked up and smiled seemed like an oppener i once did at a water park.

I stuck my tougne out as a gag, and she responded. Both smiled and laughted and ended up talking after the ride. N-close :)

in my experience telling someone to cheer up (which is what you are basicallly doing) just pisses them off even more... I know it pisses me off!!! I would go with somthing different personally, but if it works for you that's cool.
