hey guys im having a problem with my confidence levels but i am aware that women find me realy atractive because almost everytime i go out to bars and clubs they call me over from a crowded room only problem is i dont know how to respond to this so i take no action i know that im missing out how can i open up a set or a hb that has invited me to talk

There is one big miscenception in your post , the fact that U have to come up with a subject for the conversation. They want to talk to u ... so go over and hear what they have got to say. This situation is golden for hanging back and " be the price ".

So what u do next time is rly simple: u walk over to whoever is waving , say hi , introduce yourself and listen what they have got to say.

next is to take control of the frame ( tough thats probably to much for 1 step) try the above and report back on us.
