when on a sarge do you let your targets get hit on afc's to boost your routine or go in for the kill first in line? by not being the first you show them what else is out there (which of course will be lame compared to your game). by going for them first i think they might wonder who else is in the club and what they offer regardless of your routine.

I don't strictly ahear to the 3 second rule for opening but I will say that I don't recommend hanging back waiting for this stuff to happen. She knows what a shitty pickup is like, I can promise you she hasn't forgotten. Get over there, open her, attract her, and get the girl!

well yes you can use an afc but not really to boost your game. You can use it to open that set up. For example

You observe a HB9 and HB8 get the typical pick-up lines from 2 guys and you can tell by the HB's face they they are not intrested. This is where you make your move.

NonStop: Hey! there you are! i was looking all over for you 2 *big smile*
HB's:* looks confused*
NonStop: Yeah the group is over there lets go *sticks out hand*

Now here either they can blow you off and be like "who are you" or go with your plan and come along. if they Blow you off just eject and be like
NonStop: Welp i'll leave you guys at it *smile* pat the guys shoulder and walk away.

If they come along :walk them to the other end of the place and be like
NonStop: Well that was exciting wasnt it? So which one of you owes me a drink?
HB: what?
NonStop: Well i dont work for free. *smiles*

Here you can run other Routines, 5-lies etc etc.
