Draw a ridiculous stick figure resembling the chick, for real make it silly, like one eye bigger than the other, the dumber looking the better. Then title it "semi-pretty girl in library 2008" Then walk up with the sketch in hand and say something like "Hi, i just have a quick question for you, do you like art? ok good, well I'm a well known artist in the area and sometimes I go to crowded places to sketch people and today I chose you, now usually I charge people for the sketches but I think I'll let you just keep it."
go to hand her the sketch and just before she takes it i usually pull back and tell her "this is going to be like looking in a mirror", then I hand it over, she unfolds the paper and busts out laughing, then just go into your routines
go get her man
