im in high school and I've liked this girl for a long time but as time went on she became hot and popular and I became the loser. How do I flirt with her like the other guys do and how can I possibly get a date with her?

1. You don't love her, this false thought is only going to interfere with your game. I've been where you are, and trust me, you may think she's special or some shit, but she's not. No matter who it is, no matter how strongly you feel, after the infatuation is gone, the next girl you like will always be an upgrade. Having a girl who is "the one" or you're "meant to be with", is all perception based. It doesn't truly exist. The faster you take her off that pedestal, the faster you can actually work on gaming her. Just know that there will always be someone (actually, many people) that are better.
2. Under no circumstances compliment her, or make her aware that she's popular and hot, while you aren't. Always be looking to break her down. Your goal is to create the illusion that you have more value than her.
3. This should actually be the first step; you're gonna need to become one of the popular kids. If you can't become one, at least be cool with them. It's not very hard. Just mimic what they do. Become one of them. After you've achieved this self improvement, you are permitted to speak to her, then follow steps 1&2.
Fun story: my junior year in high school, I was obsessed with this super hot, popular, Brazilian girl. I played all mr. Nice guy, told her she was beautiful and shit, then had my heart torn out. She basically said I never had a chance with her. Now, guess what? Two years later, I mock myself for ever having such a big crush, tell her I'd never say any of that pussy shit again, and she missed her chance when she shot me down in high school. We're friends, and I'm a total dick to her. She wants to fuck me now. Lesson learned: redefine yourself. She will not like you for you. When she sees a change, she will start looking at you differently from mere curiosity. This is before you even start gaming her. Also, remember that the person who cares the least, has the most control of the situation.

You should learn game and have actual sticking points before you starting requesting advice.

We all started somewhere. I personally googled the solutions.

But you should also google "oneitus". To obtain this one particular girl. You must become good with women in general till you actually start to think women like this is just another hot girl in your life.

Not so much looking for the magic lines that will win the head cheer leader of your school.

This game stuff is a massive shift in mindset, hardworking and dedication.
