Nervous Shaking Between and During Sets

Any time I sarge, I am getting nervous shaking. Sometimes I am fine, but other times it's pretty bad.

I haven't had too much time to sarge, but I've done probably 150 to 200 approaches since the summer.

Has anyone gone through this and what have you done to fix it?

you asked the right forum bro!

the best thing to do would be to do 1 of 3 things, or all 3!

1. people get over fear by massive exposure. approach 25-50 sets in a night (5 second or less interactions) something small like general compliments or "cheers" - i do 50 sets to warm up for the night. kind of like stretching before a workout. get a counter app on your phone.

2. stand at a place people walk past a lot and do a lot of small approaches,
I.E. the front door - give general compliments or "cheers" because you arent approaching, they are approaching you.

3. if those are too much for you then while you walk past people, just make eye contact until it naturally breaks from walking past the person. do that until you are comfortable with approaching. also flashing smiling can build confidence because people smile back because people mirror body language they see

For a while I went through a period of total detachment of emotion. It was right after I got out of the Marines. I couldn't feel shit but emptiness. No love, no happiness, no nervousness, No Fear.

It fucking sucked. I'm not a fucking robot. Neither are you. I'm talking from a perspective that you can't possibly understand... Imagine being dead, but still having the ability to walk and talk to people. Like a zombie. If you totally remove the emotion there is no point to it all.

But, if that is what you truly want. You can just remove the nervousness and keep the rest of your emotions. You will miss the nervous feeling after it's gone because women won't be able to elicit emotional responses out of you.

Get the book Program Your Mind for Success in Record Time. I used the techniques for a super learning skill. You can use them to remove the nervousness from your personality if you like. Or you can just use them to program confidence and keep your emotions natural.
