Im new so bear with me, I frequently go to this store alot and have noticed these 2 girls who work there constantly staring at me. What would be a good way to approach them obviously it wont be at the same time. They both work at registers so asking for help or anything like that is out of the question. What would be some good openers. This would really boost my confidence if i could swing this.

compliment them on something simple but something they earned
*if it looks like they spent time doing their hair and its not in a bun then compliment them on it.
their shirt (unless they are wearing an outfit of course), nails, shoes.
*do not compliment them on something like their looks (eyes, face, ass), they didnt earn that

just showing up and getting little interactions out of them to build up exposure is your best way. be a regular and then their friend then invite them out

after 2-3 years of daygame approach, i find that:
1-direct is best when you genuinly feel it and can control enough your feelings so you dont fuck up your words.
2-indirect is easier for close.

but the best excuse ever is boredom.

a simple "my friend is shopping next door, im bored as hell."
then its really give no pressure to let the conversation unfold to anything. pretty easy to get the number after 5-10 min chat.

ask for an advice about a specific product she's picking up or something.
