You just walk up and do it, girls love confidence and doing that will show it.

Well then you need to work on point B until you can go to C, because there are no shortcuts in life.

Work on your inner game, read a lot of stuff on here and get some good books, there are plenty and a lot are free, figure out whats wrong with your confidence, fix that and then approach some women. Easier said then done, I know.

I've approached women all over the world and you'll always feel a little nervous but its a rush once you're in the mix.

Recently I've made an effort to talk to basically any girl I can have an excuse for. Ex. my building has construction going on outside and when I'm in the elevator with a girl I bring up how annoying it is when I'm trying to sleep.

Not just girls either. Once you get practice talking to people about trivial things, it becomes easier.

Also, indirect/distraction openers can be very helpful for those with a lot of AA.
