okay you are going to have to get creative on this part but here is a guideline of what you should have for an opener and it pretty basic because i don't think you are going to need much since this is a conservative situation.

1. don't let her see you eyeing her and being a creep. go walk up to her with a smile on your face.

3. When talking to her be humorous make her laugh.
4. Demonstrate value.

In this case be the Indian James Bond! Since things are very conservative just go up to her and talk to her. make the situation comfortable and in no time you might actually be having lunch with her.
