So let me start all by saying that I'm fat and unattractive. This is both the reason for why I should or why I shouldn't do pick up.

I was all excited about starting out this journey today. I saw a bunch of videos in the weekend and thought that today I could try some of that shit myself. Couldn't go too bad, right?
I won't go in detail about how hard and how many excuses I gave to myself to not approach some girls. Let's dig in those that I did approach. I tried chatting with this girl at this meeting in my university. Didn't go very well, I was funny but ran out of things to say. She didn't actually give me any signs of interest either. I got sad.

I went to the bus stop. There was this 5/10 girl there, waiting for a bus. Asked her if mine had passed by, she said she just got there. There were a couple of people near her so I decided not to actually hit on her.

Some time passed, and at the same bus stop this 7/10 girl appeared. When I noticed her I walked to kind of her side and noticed that she was looking at me. This was honestly the first time in my life that a girl ever checked me out. I got this boost of confidence ( was feeling like shit) and did a little joke about busses. She laughed and we began talking. She was responding very well, touching her necklace, her hair, all of that shit. I was being funny but I really suck at kino. I touched her shoulders, her back, but I feel like I should've done more.

Anyway, we got in the same bus. We talked for an hour but I don't think I built enough attraction, although I was funny and she laughed all the time. We never stopped talking either. Near my bustop I told her to put her number in my phone and I would text her to do something later.

I felt amazing when I got home. But then reality comes, like always, and shuts me down. When I texted her, her answers were meh and she stopped responding. I even started out funny, she had told me how she touched a corpse at uni so I texted her "You'll never believe what happened. Saw a corpse on tv and it reminded me of you, haha". Didn't do much good.


I feel like shit because I blew it with this girl that was actually interested in my enough to check me out. I don't really know what my flaws were. I mean, I could have made it less friendly and more sexual, I also feel like I should had touched her more, but this doesn't explain why she just stop talking to me through text.

Kinda feeling like shit and without any confidence to approach again, but I know I got to.

In pickup, you need to put your best self out there. You say that you're fat. What are you doing to change that? I'm not saying that you won't be able to get any girls because you still can, but your numbers will go up tremendously and you'll have to put in less effort if you work out.

I do work out, but it takes some time to get results. Decided to approach anyway.

Ok well first off you're not fat and unattractive. This mindset leaves now! Having this attitude will literally reek off you, girls will be able to pick this up a mile off. This will not benefit you at all.
However that is not to say you should not acknowledge certain factors. If you feel like you could lose a bit of weight, sort that out. If you feel like you're not looking your best, buy some new clothes, look after your skin etc.

You should be proud that you had the balls to speak to someone you found attractive and managed to hold the conversation with her for so long and number close. You just beat 80% of guys out there. There are so many factors as to why she flaked. She might have a boyfriend and was being polite taking your number, she might (most likely) have 5 other guys texting her with more of an emotional attachment to her and she picked them over you. You might of messed it up, but if you notice i keep mentioned "might"...you will never know unless she told you the honest truth to your face which i doubt will ever happen.

What i would suggest now is to build on this momentum and start talking to the next girl you like the look of. Lose some weight, you'd be surprised just how good you feel about yourself, not only physically but also mentally and start enjoying the process.

The fact you are on here and know what you need to do to step to the next level is the best you could of done!
