How come it's easy to talk to girls whom you are already acquainted, like in work, school(classmates), church etc. Like if you saw a certain girl at work or in church for the first time, it;s easier to start having a conversation with her. Because in school, work etc... you're already warmed up to the environment. Cold approaching you're more stepping out of your comfort zone.
Make it a habit and do it often... make it a routine!!!!
Or at least warm up when you're in an environment you don't feel comfortable. Warming up would just be chatting people up with no expectations of closing. Then once you're warmed up you'll be good to go.
