I really don't know what she actually is in my job but I know that she is important in my job place. (Retail)

I'm 18 and she looks to be in her mid 30's.

Ever since she was directing the orientation after I got hired at my job I always flirt with her because I wanted to smash. After trying for a couple of weeks, she finally flirts back and she tends to look at me more but I don't know aside from flirting, how to take it to the next level with her. I'm totally confused.

We work two different shifts she'll work from 9:30am - 6:00pm and I work 5:00 pm - 11:00pm.

We'll be working at the same time for like an hour. If I'm lucky she'll stay a bit longer.
