I like a woman but she's like an advisor at a recruitment agency for finding work. This is at college. I see her all the time but only in passing. Unless I have a reason to go see these 2 ladies about work vacancies (but it's not really her I see, it's the other woman typically) then I don't have a reason to start a conversation with her. I have or did have a good rappour with her when I have had to see her (cause the othe lady wasn't there). Think she knows I fancy her now as I can hardly take my eyes off her. So what do I do, 'cause my mind goes blank whenever I see her and it's becoming a nightmare now lol!

There is a canteen near, maybe I could ask her to join me for a coffee there perhaps? The only trouble being, I may get young students saying Hi and she has to remain more professional towards them, less friendly so don't know. I will say I'm a mature student as well, late 30's. She looks late 20's.
