I was able to start some conversations with her very early on so any later interactions wouldn't be weird. (You know like that awkward moment when you're in a class for 3 months but never talked to each other.)I talk to her here and there for a few minutes and we say hi when we see each other or whatever. **I noticed she smiles when she says hi, but who doesn't right?**
It's hard to keep a conversation going for long because we're both busy after class. It also makes it a little bit harder because she has a girl friend in the class so most of the time i find myself talking to both of them and not just the girl I'm interested in.
There is some comfort between us. I've teased her a couple of times in conversations, where I've made her laugh and call me silly.
Any advise on how to proceed?
FYI: She is Korean and just moved here from Korea around 2-3 years ago. *if that makes any difference**

If she says yes, then the two of you can walk to a place across the street or even to the cafeteria.
If she says that she can't because she has to go straight to another class, then say, "What are you doing tonight?"
Exchange numbers with her. Hand her your phone to put her number in it. Then call her on your phone so that she'll have your number. Tell her to put your name in her contacts so that she'll know who's texting her.
Be bold. Show your intent. She'll be attracted to your confidence. _________________ "You Can't Score If You Don't Shoot!"
