First compliment both the girls "you guys looked pretty nice i had to come over meet you" ask them how they know each other talk for 30 seconds. Then take the girl you like by hand say " I am gona borrow your friend for 2 seconds" don't wait for permission just do it. Move the girl 5 feet away and tell her she's attractive and "what number can I text you at". Do this a couple of times a day you should get few numbers.
