I would be lying if I didn't say it still rattles my nerves a little bit but I'm trying to look at this from a different angle to help me. As of right now I have 3 thing I tell myself before I approach can you add anymore I can use?
I am better than all the other guys she has met?
That even if she turns me down I should walk away with my head held high.

The way I look at this is that I see them lower than me. I don’t see them as gods or whatever they think they are, I see them as a walking piece of candy that I would like to taste. What I do this is that I tell myself that I don’t need them in my life and that I’m fine without them. Once I have that mindset, I build confidence and everything comes out normal and I usually score.
Another thing I do is that I approach 5/10’s just for practice. This is easy because I don’t care for these so if they reject me I know I’m only doing it for practice. You’ll find this fun and easy and will then start building up your confidence.
This is what I tell myself:
I’m better than you and I only want one thing from you ( it can be her number, a date, or ONS)
