Could you give me recommendation for some good approach anxiety program?

I doubt there's a program which focuses plainly on AA but if you were like how I used to be and riddled with it, chances are you probably just need confidence and practice opening the not so attractive women until you become good at it, I did a confidence program and practiced some approaches and I can open almost any woman I want now, it's hard to be anxious when you have confidence, check out the program anyway http://coreselfconfidence.com/ It helps you deal with negativity, limiting beliefs ect so once you have this, rejection (Should it happen) will do nothing to you. Make those approaches even if you know they're not going to work, just do them, pick-up is an art afterall and an artist cant improve if he has nothing to work with, besides so what if it doesn't go well? If rejection does hurt you there are ways of dealing with that too in the program, give it a look anyway, it helped me quite a bit
