I am a beast when it comes to approaching. In my group of friends I am the one everyone knows will approach women and not care.

With that being said I was with some buddies and we were at a club. Well I opened a two set we started talking for a couple minutes then out of nowhere they both flock to my friend. My buddy has eyelashes that looks like he wears eye liner but he doesn't he just has long dark lashes.

Well anyways both of these girls start only talking to him and start talking about how sexy his eye lashes are. He actually ended up with both of their numbers. I am also not a bad looking guy and I even get complimented on my looks. I also make sure to dress nice and take care of myself.

I am just wondering in a situation like that...what do you guys do? How do you regain control or do you just walk away? I tried to isolate the one girl but it didn't work to well they were both glued to my friend. Is it a total loss at that point?

There was a big scientific study by Dan Ariely showing that humans are not good at choosing, that the process to make a choice is very complicate unless we have a direct comparison at the moment. He did not do the study only with products but also with people. Took the less attractive guys from campus together, the ones who never got a date, pair them together according to similarities and pimp one of them a little bit.

When both of them were together, because they look more or less similar but one of them was pimped, women could really easy recognize who was the "best candidate of both" and find this guy who never got a date attractive. Then they repeated the study pimping the other guy, and making the other guy(the one that was pimped first, be as usual) and women found out this new pimped guy attractive.

When these both guys were pimped and were put together with the good looking guys of the campus no woman found them attractive...

So the moral of the story, if you want to pick up girls while going out with friends, choose friends that look close to you and pimp yourself before going out.
