Aproaching a Girl in her Front Yard

Today I took a bike ride around my neighborhood. I saw a hot young lady gardening and her garden was very nice looking.

This made me thinking, in general, how would I approach a woman on her own property? It'd be pretty sweet if I could do it because I'm lazy, and don't like going out into the city. A BIG PLUS is that the girl already lives in your neck of the woods-- no transportation fuss BS needed.

Only downfalls to this are:

1. If she's got a house, she could very likely be married or at least have a boy-friend. In other words, she could be settled down.
