Just got back from holiday – had an aweeeeessooooommeeee time!!

I just wanted to add a quick post, I have over at my blog...

And what I want to start off with is – what is stopping you from approaching women and going after what you want…

…and that is… FEAR!!

Fear is the ONLY thing that is preventing you from taking action – and so when you want to do something that you fear – your reticular activation system comes up with a million reasons why you shouldn't do something…

…I’m too nervous…

…she’s on the phone…

…I’m too small…

…I’m too fat…

…I haven’t learnt everything yet…

…I’ll do it later…

…she has a boyfriend…

…I don’t feel like doing it right now…

…let me just sort this out and then I’ll do it…

…and the list goes on!

There’s no magic pill that’s going to get you what you want. There’s never going to be a perfect time to do something.

Stop trying to complicate things by over-analyzing everything, just K.I.S.S!

Keep It Simple Stupid!

In other words, rather then burning your brain with all of these reasons why you SHOULDN’T do it…

…JUST MOTHERFUCKING DO IT!

Don’t think about it. Don’t talk about it. Just motherfucking do it!

That is what is going to get you results – over and over.

Why?

Because MOTION CREATES EMOTION - the more you DO, the more in state you become and the bigger action you take.

You need to turn this in to a habit, were you just DO without thinking about it.

At first it WILL be hard, but the more you do this, the easier it will become.

So, stop thinking about it. Stop talking about it. And JUST MOTHERFUCKING DO IT!
