The 12 steps of AA (Approach Anxiety)

1. We admitted we were powerless over approach anxiety, that our sex lives had become non existent.

2. Came to believe that a power greater than ourselves could help us learn how to get laid.

3. Made a decision to turn our will over to the care of the PUA community as we understand it.

4. Made a searching and fearless inventory of ourselves as AFC.

5. Admitted to the community of PUAs, ourselves, and another AFC or a wingman the exact nature of our rejections.

6. Were entirely ready to have ALMIGHTY GOD remove all defects of character.

7. Humbly asked him to remove our shortcomings.

8. Made a list of all wrong ways to pick up women, and became willing to correct them all.

9. Made immediate correction wherever possible, right in the middle of a set.

10. Continue to take personal inventory, and when we were wrong, promptly admitted it.

11. Sought through prayer and meditation to improve our game, praying to master all areas of our lives to better
ourselves and having power to carry that out.


12. Having had an enlightenment as the result of these steps, we tried to carry the message to AFCs and to
practice these principles in all our affaris.
