I haven't posted in a while but I need help to introduce myself to a trainer at the gym. There's a million indirect ways I can think of, but I can't find one that would result in a decent conversation.
Most of the time, these trainers are busy with a client so it's not really possible to grab her attention for a long period of time. Let's say I use an indirect opener like "Hey do you think this machine is good to work on that muscle?" she would probably just give me an answer and if I can't find anything to continue the conversation, I'd have to start all over again with another opener…
So, Do you have any indirect opener (I think this situation call for an indirect opener) where her answer would give me something to work on, it would be appreciated!
FYI I'm 6'0" and 170 pounds (and 0 fat) so I've got a decent shape but nothing spectacular. Anyway I don't that having a shape like Arnold would impress anyone _________________ The people who are crazy enough to think they can change the world, are the ones who do.

Most women aren't real in to body builders. some of the hot ones experience the big roid ragers or have friends who do have experience in it, and generally do not like it so the get to assuming all big guys are roid ragers. Not too mention, big muscles means low self confidence generally in their eyes a lot of times.
There has to be something about your body you would like to improve. You may even know how to do it and that part may already look good but you can pick her head about different exercises to it. Do you want more toned or bigger calves or biceps? You can lead her in to a conversation where you make sure she knows you don't want to look like Arnold swatznegger b/c some guy like that blew up on you last year at a club for asking his girlfriend what time the band started. Just simple shit.
another thing you can try is telling her you are thinking about getting in to paid training yourself and you would like some advice on it such as where to start, can it be done online, do you have to go to school, where did she go to school, how long does it take, is it rewarding, is it a full time job, can you make it full time starting out etc. You can go a lot of ways with that type of opinion opener.
