Hello, I have a fear to approach women not because of the approach itself, it's because the after approaching thing which is what to talk about and how to give a good first impression.
Like when I join a group of girls and boys I see them all interact except me, I just stand there in silence waiting for someone to talk to me.
Is there any book that help facing this problems ?
I need a product that can help me understand women's mind from scratch as I don't have any experience.

throwing yourself into the deep end is probably the best advice I can give you.

the more you do it the better you will get. Naturally its a skill that given time, will improve. But theres definitely a sticking point before you do approach. Approach anxiety can really fuck you up if you let it.

when I say you will improve, I mean that the more you approach and get yourself into a situation where you have to act and talk to girls, the more consistently and better your game will get.

I remember reading somewhere that every guy has great game, but its coaxing it out thats the difficult part.
