So, I have been in the game for about 3 months now. I was tired of being an attractive guy who had never asked for a girls number (excluding online dating). I've had some really hot girlfriends, but they came on to me, and somehow I didn't screw it up. Well, I picked up Neil Strauss' the Game and made an over weekend transformation, I had a confidence I've never had before and it was wonderful, and I did quite well. However over the course of the last 3 months my confidence has been steadily returning back to where it was and I get that same terrified feeling in my stomach when I think about talking to a girl. I don't know how to re-fix this, for good.

The second point is that when i'm at a bar and have a few drinks, and actually do manage to open, I have NO IDEA WHERE TO GO! I look like this fun confident guy who gets there attention and uses Kino for about 60 seconds and then the conversation takes a dies. I just end up standing there losing their interest faster than a formula one race car driver takes a roundabout.

Any help on these would be a miracle. I've had a taste of what it feels like to be so successful and I don't remember what I was doing then that I'm not doing now. I didn't have these problems right after I read the book. I'm tired of being an AFC.

THere are multiple solutions to your problem.

Use an opener that automatically starts a big conversation. One of my favorites is the stripper opener:

"hi there, I need a female opinon or something"
HB "shoot".
"Well a friend of mine is getting married and he asked me to be the best man and ceremony master. Now I have to organize the bachelor party and off course I need a stripper"... pause...
HB: "haha, we are not strippers???"
Me: haha, no off course, but listen: I am really well conected with his fiancee's girlfriends and they told me she is already pissed about the idea of me arranging a stripper for the guys, so my question is, how would you feel about this in her situation"
HB: <they always start to deliberate among each other b4 they answer and then they give there opinions most of the time backed up by personal experiances that can be funny, erotic or whatsoever".

My point is: this is just an example. I use this opener often and then immediatly use a DHV of mine. The DHV is an true story about me and some guys ending up in a strip club with a bachelor party. One of the strippers, just b4 she entered the stage complimented my shirt and I told her I was supposed to pick her up and her not me. She replied by saying I was about to get challenged and she pulled me on stage haha. But instead of being a obedient boy I challenged her back and the crowd was cheering and I was the hero of the day with my friends.

Needless to say: both the opener and the DHV takes about 15 minutes to complete, and I dress the whole thing up a lot more with details then described above off course. This takes A LOT OF PRACTICE! I must have done the opener 50 times, but now it gets more fun every time I do it and I can even elicit values by their responses.

So solution #1 to your problem. Find an opener that can correspond with a good and entertaining DHV and start practicing.


Solution # 2

Make it more mental: sometimes girls have their period or are lesbians and the convo just isn't going to take that long. This used to be a major gamekiller for me, but you have to move it to the next set, and quick.

Try to change te subject time after time, and cut their threads and start your own. They will think you are a jurk, but it will teach you to dominate a converstation and how to keep people interested in what you are saying for longer periods of time.
