For those who live in London or get to travel by tube from time to time know how many 9s and 10s are around especially in the morning going to work. You probably also know how awkward the tube can be... People avoid eye contact or any kind of interaction at all cost, so those trains are really quiet.

I get IOI's but dont know how to open. Whether to wait until she gets of the train or simply just talk to her ( which can freak her out since everyone will be watching and listening)

Talk and get the number. Ask her if she's going to work, what she does, etc. You don't know if they get off on the next stop so don't get attached and work fast. There will be another girl either getting on or on the next car so you can move into another car to get another try. Some women you meet are good for practice and others are good for trying to build a relationship or just get into bed.

Don't expect women to fall into your lap on the train. As a matter of fact if you don't treat it as practice and entertainment while you go to your destination, you're going to be sadly disappointed. Women on the train will be focused on their destination, but if they meet a cool man who gives them good conversation may give you their number. Don't use pick up lines... just talk to her like a normal person and try to get her number before she leaves.

It may take a while to get use to but this will get easy with time
