I met this girl awhile ago I have been on one date with her and already have her number,but she has been ignoring me so I haven't talked to her in awhile. I really want to see her in person so I came up with the idea of going into the ice cream shop that she works at and try to strike up a good conversation with her (i'm going to pretend like I don't remember her telling me that she works there). If she doesn't ring me up at the cash register, i though about saying something like, "Hey I want that cute girl over there to ring me up." I also thought about approaching her again when i am about to leave and be like, "I didn't want to leave without giving you a good tip (I would give her a big tip like $10 or something)." Do these sound like good ideas?

Instead of giving her a tip or anything like that... why don't you just ask her if she would like to go on a date with you again. If she's ignoring you, she may not be interested or she changed her number (shit like that happens sometimes). If you ask her if she would like to go out again and she says no... move on. You don't want to catch what pick up artist call "oneitis". Here's a good example.

You: What's up. How u been?
Her: Okay
You: It's funny I was looking through my phone the other day and I saw your number. I thought about the date we had and I was thinking, "I wouldn't mind going on another date with her again... she was fun"
Her: Really?
You: Yeah. I wanna take you on another date. Do you have any plans on...

If she makes an excuse, find another date. If she wants to go on another date, ask her for a number you can contact her. You are only doing this to see if she's still interested. She's ignoring you and you want to find out why, you're not trying to make her your girl by approaching her for a date.
