I've had a few hot girls i don't know simply seek to make eye contact with me first as if they want me to look at them.
I tend to avert my eyes when they do this and they just seem to eye f*** me curiously
I do have quite a bit of approach anxiety
anyone like to share their experiences on the same thing?

There are tons of posts about the approach anxiety thing. I keep the frame that every girl I see eye-fucks me (most do) and that every girl wants the D. If you keep that frame and act if it is true, it benefits you imo.

Now, instead of avoiding eye-contact, MAKE IT. Keep it until she breaks, then you look away and go on with your business. No matter the length of eye-contact, she wants you (same concept with keeping the frame) to open her! So just grow some balls and do so. You can only read so much to learn the fundamentals, you need experience to perfect them.

This happened to me today. She looked at my like she wanted to kill me. Really went out of her way to do it too. Freaked me out a little but I've been told she was trying to get my attention. It worked...

Approach!!! What's the worst that could happen? They slap you across the face? So what , that would actually turn me on tbh. Well anything a woman does turns me on sooooo...

Just walk up. I like to initiate a physical touch of some sort immediately - A gentle brush on her upper back/lower neck area, sometimes I'll brush her wrist/hand, whatever. Just say hi, I noticed you were staring at me and felt obligated to stare back. lol, anything really. Girls love it when you say hi to them. They really do. They might want to reject you but they love the attention either way as long as you're willing to walk away when they're done using you for their attention.

Don't enter into a staring contest yes you'll become a creepy psycho alpha guy...

If you can approach at that moment, do it...
If you can not, say hi, nod, smile or acknowledge the eye contact in a friendly way

When girls keep looking at me is just walk up to them and say: are you shy? You're looking at me al the time you haven't said hi yet.
