So tonight I saw this girl at the bars I met like 3 months ago. 3 months ago I ended up making out and touching etc at MY place with her but we didn't have sex because her legit gay male friend from England was staying with her for the weekend and she couldn't leave him. What happened was I led her back to my place after the bars and of course gay friend(and if he isn't gay then he does put on a REALLLYYY convincing show he is gay) had to tag along for the "after party". Said gay friend went outside for a smoke and we started making out etc and we were pretty close to having sex, but she felt bad for leaving him outside and then dipped. Sure I could have done stuff differently but it's all in the past now. I texted her the next day, she responded some, but she was one of those flakes...so onto the next one.

Fast forward to tonight, I see her and one of her friends at the bar (college bar as we in college) and I actually did not remember her as much as she remembered me. I ended up dancing with her ugly friend and there were clear IOIs from this girl, though she was hanging with some other guy, BUT she kept showing interest in me by talking to me when we passed, telling the guy she met and her friend how she knew me but I more or less kept my focus on my friends . I was actually hammered because it's one of my good friend's 21st (went to like 3 parties before going to bar) and I was out with the intent to get hammered, and had put the PUA in the backseat just for the night.

So skag hour approaches and I'm walking out with my friends just having a good time and I see her with her friend and 2 other guys and she is walking towards me, calls out my name, asks if I still have her number and where I'm going. I tell her I have her number still and that we going to some frat house to continue friend's 21st, but it seemed like she wanted me to go with her and her friend and the two other guys.

I was wondering if this girl is even worth pursuing or even texting again? Last time I did some text game with her resulted in a blatant flake. There were clear IOIs EVEN WHILE she was dancing/making out with some other guy at the bar but I kinda just kept my focus on friends.

Bro, in my opinion, keep this girl on the side. Meaning you should game her, but dont maker her a priority AT ALL. If she still remembers you well enough, then its obvious she still thinks of you (meaning you made a good impression on her the first time).

However, shes a flake, as you said. So you shouldnt keep your hopes us too high concerning her. Like I said, keep gaming other chicks, and leave her as an 'afterthought'.

In your position, I would text her a few days later and straight up ask if she wants to go grab drinks with you or something along those lines. If she says yes, good for you. If she flakes, then you will remember why you stopped talking to her in the first place
