I am in need of some of your guys easiest openers..Are they opinion openers? question? or just a normal hello. I am having some trouble getting past my approach anxiety and need some real easy openers to help become more comfortable. Thanks!

The only thing an opener does is set the tone of the conversation.

The easiest is "Hi", because then, you can talk about anything.

This is opposed to the hardest: "I want you, take off your clothes. NOW. SEX."

Moral of the story, do what works for you.

What trouble exactly! Be specific. How you feel, what you're doing, what you feel you should do at that moment, etc...Ask questions from yourself.
The more you think about comfort, the more you'll struggle with Approach. First, break AA in all. Do not overthink about approach, follow Mystery's 3 second rule. Concentrate on Approach, not the outcome. Self-correct yourself in-field. Let the initial conversation be slow, implying, you're thinking before you say/act something, later on things will speed up with experience.
Get your mood proper, have some fun prior with friends. Comfort is part of mid-game, actually.

Disagree, the hardest ever for me is: "Hey Guys, I can't stay long because my friends are waiting but I just need a quick female opinion... Do you guys believe in magic and spells?"

Level 1, easy ones:
Hi, do you know what is the name of this song?
Hi, do you know what time is it?
Hi, do you know where is the post office?
etc.

Level 2 is to add some type of compliment to the person:

Hi, I just have to tell you that you look cute
Hi, you look so attractive that I've to come and talk to you
Hi, that smile of you just made me come over and start talking to you

If you want to make things comfortable you can start with the level 1 type of opener many times and once they are very easy for you you can try the level 2 ones.
