NOTE I'm very new to the game and lack confidence which I know is key

Hey, there's a girl in my private study session who I'm eager to make a move on, haven't spoken to her but she's cute. At the beggining of the year she seemed to be catching my eye but I was (stupidly) not bold enough to go talk to her. Now we see each other every day so I can't play the whole "haven't seen you around here before" type. She's always with her group of mates, one of which I'm just about on speaking terms with. Any advice on approaching and opening is helpful.

You can use her friend as a pivot. And try to keep it natural

Ok I'm 17 and I approach women at my school all the time. You just need to have the balls to go up to her and say "hey I just wanted to say, I think you're adorable." say something along the lines of that.

There is Direct and Indirect

When you make eye contact with her make sure you hold the eye contact. Show her that your a confident guy. When you hold the eye contact it shows value in your self. When you hold eye contact with her there is a 3 second rule to make a move. If she holds the eye contact you can give her a smile, or a "hey" or something. You know if she hold the eye contact she is attracted to you. Or what I love to say to women that hold eye contact with me I go up to them and I use a Indirect line like "you can't just stare at me like that and not say anything" you wanna say it with a smile on your face and just be funny.

Or you can use a direct which is pretty much going up to her and complement her saying something like "I just wanted to come over her and tell you that your adorable and I had to come over here and meet you"
