It was late and everything was winding down. There weren't many good sets all night, but amazingly this random two set of 7s with nice bodies appeared right in front of us, to the point where we were walking like two steps behind them in the same direction. I could already tell they could feel our presence so I knew we couldn't just keep following them without saying anything, considering it was just us and them.
Going against all rules for building comfort (since I was kind of in the zone at that point) I just start talking to the back of their heads. "You know we're stalking you, right?" The one girl was obviously sassy and she and I started bantering for a minute, continuing on with the stalker thing. "You're not supposed to tell the girl you're stalking her...you'd make a bad serial killer...blah blah blah." We then caught up and started walking along side them and I got her name, age, what she does for a living, all within like two or three minutes. My wing worked her friend the same way, but her friend turned out to being married. Mine was 24 and single!
I ended up facebook closing mine (instead of the normal number close), because our walk with them was cut short when they got to their car. But I was surprised that this impromptu opener about stalking worked so well. I may try it again in daygame situations where girls are walking in front of me. It's so obvious and counter intuitive that I think it actually instantly establishes trust since you are obviously NOT the thing you are saying you are. It's basically like saying "Hey, I'm NOT a stalker, let's chat." What do you guys think? Has potential? _________________ “Nothing is impossible, the word itself says 'I'm possible'!” ~Audrey Hepburn

I think it has potential especially, as you say, "I think it actually instantly establishes trust since you are obviously NOT the thing you are saying you are". It also seems (to me) like it shouldn't of worked at night when there weren't many people around.
It would be interesting to see how this works during day game at the mall or something.
All in all great work, fair play for trying something out of the box too! Good luck.
