How do you game them?
Was on a spree saturday night, no fap for a good 7 days got me some huge attention.
At the end of the night I was trying to get the phone number from a cute bartender in a really loud club, she was giving me lots of IOIs, but I had no idea how to get her to actually give me her phone number. I just said this, after just looking at her:

Me: Two shots of Sambuca and your phone number please
She: *laughs*
Me: Alright alright, only your phone number is fine as well

She procceeded to give IOIs but I had no clever way to get her to give me her #. I can imagine that for her it's also a bit of an issue handing out her # in plain sight and shit, but had no idea and it got me wondering?

Wouldn't mind bartender pickup advice either. It's more fun when you catch a fish that doesn't want to bite.

hmmmm, I think the best way with bartenders as well as anybody who's working is to make them want to give you their number before you ask for it. Opening with it isn't going to work very often, they'll be too taken back and it's a bit hard to do it. If you've been flirting for a while before you ask you're going to have hundreds of times the odds. I love picking up waitresses at cafes. Also, very few girls make plans for after work so you can often get a date after their shift finishes.

Try taking a while to order your drink, let them recommend something to you, make a few jokes and then go back to your friends. Make sure when you're with your friends you attract a bit of attention, don't go acting all aggressive alpha as you're with friends, but make sure that she sees you're certainly popular within your group, also, talk to other people at the bar who aren't your friends, let her see that you aren't just obsessed with picking her up. After ordering a few drinks and chatting to her every time you'd be surprised how willingly she'll give you her number. Have your phone out and in your hand and then just casually ask like "let's get a drink one night when you don't have to make it for me."

Only objection I have with that is that my game is pretty aggressive altogether. Also as I'm usually in a group of people ordering 2 or 3 drinks might take me a while, unless I order for other people ofcourse. But, good advice nonetheless, thanks.
