This is a very "beginner" question but I can't seem to find the answer anywhere. My particular case is with a neg but it applies to more.

Let's say you neg a girl with "I love your nails. Are they real?"
and she responds with "No, just ___" you're suppose to turn your back to her as and IOD and make her qualify.
How do you turn your back to her if it's a 1 on 1? I understand that if there are people nearby you can turn to talk to them for a split second to show disinterest, but what if there aren't?
If you want to keep the convo going, do you pretend to look around the room as if she's disinteresting and act bored?

I think if she says they aren't real, you're supposed to reply with something like "oh, well they look nice anyway"

Why would you IOD after a neg? A neg is supposed to show her that you are not impressed by her beauty and that you understand that she is more than it. Its a backhanded compliment. If you IOD after a neg, you show her the opposite message.
