How do you get the girls attention before opinion opener? I have had times were I go right into it and she does not respond. Maybe she was not interested or did not hear. Or maybe she did not know I was talking to her.How do you get their attention?

Well, its not really always the best idea to come directly from behind, especially if she is by herself. If she is with a group then your opener opens up to the whole group. One opener you could try is the following opener, this may solve your problem. :)
