Hi i am new here, I have been talking to a girl on facebook for couple days and I got her phone numbers, seems like she is interested talking to me, the thing is how can I ask her out for a date?

Other's opinion might differ from mine. But I'd text her, wait till I get at least three IOI's, than ask her out. Phone number does not always mean date.
